About the event

Conflict occurs when the beliefs or actions of one or more members of a group are resisted by others. The violence that can result from such conflict is a daily concern for all law enforcement professionals. Attendees will learn the proper stance and positioning and develop their skills for interpreting verbal and non-verbal indicators of potential violence while maximizing their safety by the timely use of effective physical and verbal communication skills and de-escalation principals.
